Do I need an appointment, or can I stop in?

You're welcome to stop in anytime during business hours- no appointment necessary. Please note Friday afternoons tend to be our busiest time, but you're still more than welcome to stop by.

Can you give me a quote over the phone or online?

We can give general pricing ranges over the phone (usually), but for the most accurate quote we recommend stopping into the shop. Every vehicle and setup is a little different, and seeing it in person allows us to recommend the best solution to avoid surprises.

Do you offer financing?

Yes! We do offer financing options. Please visit the financing tab on our website for more details and to explore available plans.

What brands do you carry and recommend?

We carry a wide range of trusted high-quality brands including Alpine, Sony, Kicker, Rockford Fosgate, Wet Sounds, Cicada, and more. Our team will help match the right products to your vehicle, budget, and goals to ensure you get the best performance and value.

How far out are you booked for installations?

Our schedule can vary depending on the time of year and the type of installation. Some projects take more time, while others can be worked into our existing schedule sooner. We commend giving us a call or stopping in so we can go over your specific setup and find the soonest availability that works for you.

Do you work on boats, motorcycles, side-by-sides, and other vehicles?

Yes! In addition to cars, trucks and SUVs, we also work on motorcycles, boats, jet skis, side-by-sides, motorhomes, and even semi-trucks. If you're not sure if we can work on your vehicle, feel free to stop in or give us a call and we'll be happy to take a look.

Why should I choose your shop over others?

We've been serving the area for over 15 years and take pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service. Our experienced team uses proven products and proper installation techniques to ensure your system performs the way it should. We're here to help you get it done right the first time.

Do you offer custom installations or specialty work?

Yes, we specialize in custom installations tailed to your vehicle and goals. Whether you're looking for a clean, factory-style finish or a more custom, standout design we offer a wide range of options. Stop in and we'll go over your ideas and build a system that fits your vision.

What type of upgrades and installations do you offer?

We offer a wide range of upgrades including remote start systems, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto radios, full audio systems, speaker upgrades, amplifiers, subwoofers, back up cameras, dash cameras, DVD systems, and more. Every vehicle is a little different, so we recommend stopping in so we can go over your options and find the best solution for your set up.

Can I drop off my vehicle off outside of business hours?

Yes, we offer a secure drop box located right outside our front door for after-hours drop-offs. This allows you to leave your vehicle at a time that's convenient for you. Stop in or give us a call ahead of time and we'll go over the simple drop-off process with you.

"Great place to go to for any quality sound/custom audio work. I have gotten a sub and amp installed initially and had a little bit of a problem with feedback, but this place was so flexible, to get me back in to find, explain, and fix the problem and get me back on the road. I am very pleased to say that Custom Sound and Image will not disappoint. My vehicle sounds amazing!"
